Our history

Tradition and experience

Westbourne is a proud wholly owned Australian company who have just celebrated their 20th anniversary in the home unit construction industry.

We have a reputation for on schedule and on budget project completion together with a comprehensive after sales service delivering a seamless transition to the new owner and/or occupier.

Our team has worked on a variety of projects over the past 20 years and has been awarded the Master Builders Association Excellence in Construction Awards in 2002, 2015 and 2016.

Our most recent MBA Award was the Excellence in Construction – Adaptive Re-Use Division for our 127 apartment Milsons Point development which also won the Urban Taskforce Development Excellence Award for Adaptive Re-Use.

We work collaboratively with a select group of clients who share our commitment to producing high quality, price competitive apartments for sale to investors and owner occupiers.
